Our Process

Out of necessity the process for short term placement is somewhat abbreviated.  Our focus on absolute quality is as high as ever.  Short term does mean short cuts. You can be assured that you will receive the best possible candidates for your position quickly.

Candidates on site within two weeks

Our goal is to provide a candidate on-site within two weeks. Our team will conduct a conference call to gain an understanding of the position, staff and hospital before matching the best fitting, available candidates to the Client’s criteria.  Immediately, CTL will generate candidates with solid experience, validated education, and the appropriate licenses. These goals are important to us in order to help our Clients remain efficient while we work together on a permanent solution.

Candidate Placement

Following the interview process, we will work with both parties in order to negotiate all necessary attributes (i.e., lodging, rental car, visits home, etc.).

Long term support

Our commitment is to be involved even after a candidate has been selected. This will ensure goals are being met and the Client is satisfied with the interim placement. We want your interim placement to be a short-term investment with significant long-term results.

“Critical vacancies can have an exponential effect on smaller hospitals where bench strength is often limited. CTL truly becomes a partner with you in addressing both interim and permanent needs. Being able to fill a vital position with a qualified interim candidate provides a smaller hospital with the opportunity to assess the vacancy and take the time necessary to find the permanent candidate that will fit your needs. They got to know our organization so they can offer candidates with the right skills, but also the right fit for our organization. This group of professionals provides an industry resource for you from the commencement of the search through the first fifteen months of the candidate’s tenure.”
