We are seeking to fill an OR Nurse Manager position for our client, a not-for-profit, faith-based hospital system
- Join a team of Perioperative Services Nurse Managers and oversee the day-to-day activities for 8 operating rooms that see primarily Neuro, ENT, Oral, and Plastics cases
- 800-bed, Magnet, teaching hospital that is a Level 2 Trauma Center and part of a not-for-profit, faith-based hospital system
- The OR Nurse Manager is responsible for oversight of approximately 50 FTEs (including a support team of charge nurses)
- Be part of high-energy and dynamic collaboration of Operating Room Nurse Managers, staff, educators, and physicians who are driving change
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Operating Room nursing leadership experience (will consider previous experience as a charge nurse or team lead)
