Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-Illinois

We are seeking for our client an experienced CFO with Critical Access Hospital or rural hospital experience

 

  • The Chief Financial Officer provides leadership and direction to implement the policies for the financial areas.  Participates with leaders from Governing Board, Administration, Medical Staff, departments and financial areas in developing the hospital’s strategic plans, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies.

 

  • Oversight of five (5) direct reports and overall responsibility for approximately 35 FTEs

 

  • This recently-remodeled Critical Access Hospital offers inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room services, which include 24-hour Emergency Room, Medical/Surgical inpatient beds, Surgical Suites, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Rural Health Clinic, Same-Day Stay, and Specialty and Nursing Clinics

 

  • Reports to the President/CEO

 

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a focus on accounting or finance required; CPA desirable

 

  • Hospital CFO experience required; strong preference for experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or rural hospital
